SBC Week 8

Hi,

I this post, I will be talking about the country I live in. The country that I live in in the USA. The land area is approximate ‎9,833,517 km squared. It is the third biggest country in the world. The population is around 323,995,528. The United States is in North America and borders Canada and Mexico.

Now let’s talk about the major cities, president, landmarks, and Flag of the USA. The president is Donald Trump. Some major cities would be Washington D.C with is the capital, New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Chicago. There are many landmarks some of them is The Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Hollywood, and the Empire State Building.

Finally, I will be talking about the History and Natural features of the US. On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was written and the revolutionary war started. The US won and then it became a country. The first president of the US was George Washington. The climate and plants are very different from the east to the west. In Hawaii, there is a tropical climate with many vibrant flowers. In Alaska, it is much colder with not many plants. On the Mainland US, The summers are usually hot and dry or humid (Depending on where you are). The Winters are cold and dry almost everywhere.
